The melody of feelings and colours in songs,

A song about being Kinder by Karen Taylor http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iQFAYq6SCJo
And here is actually one particular singing that we all have feelings REAL
For the vacation is good to embrace yourself with TRUE COLOURS by Cyndi Lauper http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tbZDjnWtK1A

Last night I saw that movie, the one about the wooden boy
The good news is he could feel no sadness,
The bad news is he could feel no joy
And it hit me hard, a puppet on a shelf
So when he wished on a far-off star you know I made the same wish for myself
I wanna be real, real
Drop the act take off the mask and feel….
Real

Well I’ve been goin’ through the motions, pulled by invisible strings
And I’ve pushed down the hurt and I’ve held back the tears and
Covered up the dreams
But beneath it all, trying hard to breathe
The Me I buried long ago is screaming to break free
I wanna be real, real
Drop the act take off the mask and feel….
Real, I wanna be real

Let the fear go, let the heart show, let the world see me
I wanna be real….

And goodbye wooden heart, and goodbye painted smile

I wanna dance in a crowd, I wanna laugh out loud
I wanna act like a fool, I wanna be uncool
I wanna cry when I hurt, I wanna sweat when I work
I want help when I fall, I wanna feel it, feel it all…………..
I wanna be real………take off the mask be real….let my heart show, real….
I wanna be real

Time of relaxation

There is some magic in Israeli dances. Both the music and dance is powerful. Israeli people feel the music inside them. They feel some kind of unity and attachment. Israeli dance is often performed in a circle. They dance together sometimes at Arab and Hindu rhymes. They join different cultures, religions and races. They are open in their music towards others. The dance is often a prayer. While dancing differences disappear. People unite and stop seeing differences. I met a friendly “Yachad group”, which dance contemporary folk Israeli dances. The people in a group like each other and like dancing together. They have got enormous power to make new friendships. Dancing is a good and relaxing time.

How sensitive to music people are, how it soothes our souls.

To The Lighthouse

Lighthouse does not give light during a day.The stroke of the lighthouse, the sunbeams help to see some shades of colours even on a dark night. In the dark we look for a light.

A Giraffe Language - language of heart

There must be another better world, more happier one. Somewhere there, where you can meet yourself and accept yourself. It is the world of non-violent communication towards yourself and others. It is a universe based on method developed by Marshall Rosenberger. The empathic “Giraffe language” or language of heart. We all experience feelings and all of them are worthy. Behind these feelings are different needs we want to fulfill. Our feelings often cry out for the unfulfilled needs. It is good to be aware of this fact and listen more attentively yourself and other people. This New World is the world of feelings and needs.

"Daffodil" a poem by William Wordsworth

I wandered lonely as a cloud
That floats on high o'er vales and hills,
When all at once I saw a crowd,
A host, of golden daffodils;
Beside the lake, beneath the trees,
Fluttering and dancing in the breeze.

Continuous as the stars that shine
And twinkle on the milky way,
They stretched in never-ending line
Along the margin of a bay:
Ten thousand saw I at a glance,
Tossing their heads in sprightly dance.

The waves beside them danced, but they
Out-did the sparkling leaves in glee;
A poet could not be but gay,
In such a jocund company!
I gazed—and gazed—but little thought
What wealth the show to me had brought:

For oft, when on my couch I lie
In vacant or in pensive mood,
They flash upon that inward eye
Which is the bliss of solitude;
And then my heart with pleasure fills,
And dances with the daffodils.
